It takes more than riding a bike to be the best cyclist you can be. Strength training is now a central part of most professional’s lives and it’s something we like to build into our athletes’ programs.
Soulor works closely with Georgia Hilliard at GH Fitness who specialises in strength training for cyclists. Her programs can get you started and keep you progressing to the extremely high levels. One thing we are passionate about is helping young riders learn about strength training in the correct way. To that end, Georgia and Soulor have created a starter package for youth and junior riders that gives guidance and feed back as they start the strength journey.
